Product material: 2-layer Bergans Element Active with PFAS-free DWR Waterproof (water column: min. 10,000mm), windproof and breathable properties. Fabrics are made from 100% recycled polyester and colored with SpinDye technology. Padded with insulating PrimaLoft Gold insulation P.U.R.E. (100% recycled polyester). The product contains Bluesign approved insulation and trimmings.

PRODUCT USP
Construction focus on perfect fit for maximum comfort and long lifetime. The primary innovation is mono-material 100% polyester. The aim is to minimize the impact on our nature and use of the earth resources but still deliver a great ski anorak that make the ride a pleasant for the user. Contemporary unisex fit, with a straight silhouette.
PRIMARY INNOVATION FEATURES
Less impact on the earth resources, long lifespan, and adjusted to easy be recycled when that time come. Mono-material 100% polyester and mainly recycled content (main fabric 100% recycled, membrane, filling 100% recycled and thread 100% recycled). Fabrics are made of 100% recycled polyester and colored with SpinDye Technology, a dying technology that enables to reduce the use of water in the entire textile production chain, by 75% comparing to ordinary dying processes.

For all snow enthusiast that enjoy playing around in and around the slopes. Suits to be used both at the piste and lift-based offpist skiing. SUSTAINABILITY INFORMATION
Bergans have worked a lot on using as much mono-material and recycled items as possible and thought about this from the very start of the design process. Everything from choosing pocket design to be able to have Natulon (recycled) zippers to each trimming is carefully thought thru. They have also worked a lot together with their repair department to make sure to avoid weak points on the garments and have used design that is easy to repair if something should happen to the garment.
As all fabrics and thread are made from recycled polyester (mono-material) you can easily cut off the other trimmings at the end cycle of the garment and only be left with a product that is made from recycled polyester that you hopefully can recycle once again. The design and the cutlines are also created to make less waste in production compared to previous Stranda products.
Fabrics from We aRe SpinDye® are used. By melting color pigments and the recycled polyester mass together, homogenously colored yarns are created, without the use of water. It is this exact step which enables to reduce the use of water in the entire textile production chain by 75%.
