PRODUCT USP

The most extraordinary on this pant is the development process. The first steps were done virtually via 3D design systems, with help from scanned materials. Also, the first fittings were made to a virtual avatar only, which saved time, energy, extra materials and shipping costs. No physical proto samples were produced in the development process. 

PRIMARY INNOVATION FEATURES 

The pant itself has a nice fit with suitable technical materials. The stylish yet detachable vest adds to the overall look.

SUSTAINABILITY INFORMATION 

Halti is a bluesign system partner and also have their own ECO labelling system. The 3D design process used during the product development phase can reduce physical proto samples and avoids extra sample sending back and forth. It also doesn't require much materials when proto samples can be made and fit virtually. 

Halti take back all garments to the stores and deliver them to proper recycling.
