PRODUCT USP

The INUHEAT® Wearable Heating System is a next generation heating platform that enables the world’s best brands to easily add safe and reliable heat into their leading apparel designs. Thin and flexible heating yarns, a novel and patented connector system, advanced PowerPack module, connected mobile app and cloud-based backend system.

PRIMARY INNOVATION FEATURES 

The simple, universal connector system allows for multiple types of products (gloves, socks, base-layers and beyond) to all seamlessly work off of the same PowerPack design. The PowerPack receives operating instructions from an innovative use of NFC technology built into each glove, sock or other heated article, giving specific heating instructions that best match the needs of each Inuheat-enabled product. 

INTENDED SPECIFIC USE

The target end use group is quite broad, including snow sports, outdoor, running and cycling - anywhere a thin and dexterous heating layer adds value and functionality to conventional gloves.

SUSTAINABILITY INFORMATION

All materials used in the heating system have been carefully selected and tested in the R&D departments to determine the most durable and effective materials. The product is highly durable and has a best-in-class lifecycle. Both the laminating fabric and the heating yarn are Oeko-Tex certified. 

PRODUCT MATERIAL

Rechargeable lithium-ion cell, printed circuit board and components, which are ultrasound welded into a plastic casing.
