The Running Poles Carbon Z Adjustable 120–140 cm are foldable carbon poles designed for trail runners and speed hikers navigating technical terrain. Their adjustable length and lightweight construction make them well-suited for both steep ascents and extended outings. Featuring an enhanced ergonomic handle and the Blueberry system, these poles offer improved comfort, control, and quick transitions during every run or hike.

Fun facts or backstory:

When running in Swedish forrest usually blueberries are available anywhere for a quick sugar refill. Hence we decided that the little ball connecting the glove or loop to the handle will be blue, and called the technology Blueberry System.

End of use strategy:

Sustainability guidelines are integrated into Silva's product design process, ensuring that repairability and recyclability are considered from the earliest stages of development.
