The Nunataq’s functional design and broad feature set ticks all the boxes and the name itself originates from Tenson’s adventurous history and the Inuit (the Greenlandic indigenous people) word for the summit or ridge of a mountain that protrudes from an ice field or glacier that otherwise covers most of the mountain or ridge, also known as glacial islands.
PRIMARY INNOVATION FEATURES
Extension zip for helmet and back protection. Expandable main front zipper construction for extra ventilation and a more roomy fit when needed. Built and reinforced with Dyneema® Fiber (15 times stronger than steel!) in a tough 3-layer stretch fabric powered with Tenson’s proprietary MPC Extreme technology (WP 20 000 mm / MP 20 000 g/m2/24h) construction.
