PRIMARY INNOVATION FEATURES

The Pace Pro is a backpack vest with the NDM harness technology. The solo-buckle secure system makes it easy to adjust and to take on and off the vest when in action.

INTENDED SPECIFIC END USE

Perfectly designed for trail and ultra running. The vest is 100% bounce free and gives you a total freedom of movement. If you bring trekking poles you simply store them at the front.

SPECIFIC FEATURES

The stretch material and design makes the vest tight, but still support for your maximum breathing capacity when in a steep climb or pace. It has a bladder compartment with on-the-go adjustment system where you only adjust the straps on the front of the shoulders to secure the hydration bladder tightly. It also has reflective areas and emergency whistle.

SUSTAINABILITY INFORMATION

All the fabrics and used materials follows the REACH standards.

MOTIVATION FROM THE JURY

There are other firesteels on the market, but none comes close to the performance of the Firesteel 8 from the finish manufacturer Kupilka. Its ergonomic handle made out of a natural fiber composite gives a very secure grip no matter which side you hold on to – even while wearing winter gloves. The very strong sparks make it easy to light a fire. The jury also liked that it is produced in Finland with high attention to sustainable aspects like the use of eco energy or metal waste for the striker.
